EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned P&C Commercial Insurance Consultant to act as a subject matter expert across underwriting, pricing, policy administration, and claims.

You will transform domain knowledge into actionable client outcomes, lead AI/GenAI use case exploration, and drive delivery across multi-national client programs. The role emphasizes hands-on solution design, estimation, and collaboration with stakeholders, while staying aligned with regulatory requirements and risk

Qualificações

• 13–18 years IT experience with 10+ years in P&C Commercial insurance.
• Proficiency in Pricing/Rating, Underwriting, or Policy Administration.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI use cases in insurance and regulatory concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary subject matter expert on P&C Commercial insurance topics, covering underwriting, pricing, policy administration, claims, product configuration, risk/exposure management, workflow, and regulatory matters.
• Bring practical consulting and delivery expertise to client projects, converting domain knowledge into actionable outcomes.
• Examine complex insurance processes and data to uncover improvement opportunities and deliver recommendations.
• Oversee successful delivery of client needs, including involvement in RFP responses and solution design.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects and accelerators grounded in client needs, ensuring measurable business impact.
