Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Consulting-M365 and Azure Developer to join our Pune team, focusing on SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Azure development. You will design, develop and document automation for end-to-end solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and architects to ensure secure, scalable results.

The role requires hands-on expertise with M365 services, SPFX, PnP and C#, along with experience in Agile/Scrum and SDLC tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Azure development, including authentication and managed identity.
• Proficient in building Power Apps and Power Automate flows with secure design practices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Purview and records management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and document automation and engineering work for end-to-end solutions for SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Azure development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to discuss requirements and timelines.
• Develop technical documents and drive security and design approvals, and hand over solutions to operations with KT and guides.
• Document and track risks, issues and dependencies in RAID logs and ensure actioning.
• Support major incidents with root cause analysis and coordinate communications with stakeholders.

Business Consulting-M365 and Azure Developer

We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-M365 and Azure Developer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

• Design, develop and document automation and engineering work required for implementing end to end solution for SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Azure development.
• Work with business stakeholders and project managers to discuss requirements and timelines.
• Work with Architects and Engineering team to develop technical documents and drive the security and design approvals. - KEY
• Work towards handover of engineering solutions to operations team by providing KT, operation guides and supporting escalated user issues.
• Document and track risks, issues and dependencies in project RAID log and ensure they are actioned accordingly.
• Major Incident Management and maintain effective communications with stakeholder, operations during downtime events. Assist with resolution efforts and perform root cause analysis as needed on major incidents.
• Actively supports achievement of Bank’s/Division’s strategy, plans and values, and ensures that they maintain a clear understanding and ongoing alignment of activities with the organization’s priorities.
• Demonstrates personal commitment to the Bank’s values.
• Adheres to Bank Policies and Procedures.

Your skills and experience

• Good hands‑on experience and knowledge of SharePoint Online. Well versed with Azure functions, Authentication and managed identity.
• Strong hands‑on experience of developing Power Apps and flows.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Purview, especially records management.
• Strong knowledge of using PnP and PowerShell in M365 and SharePoint Online development components like SPFX, PnP Framework, CSOM etc.
• Good hands‑on experience on OOPS concept, C# and TDD.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC tools like JIRA, Bit Bucket, Artifactory etc.
