Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions, part of the WPP ecosystem, seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead Agile teams and drive the Adobe Experience Manager content management initiatives. You will define requirements, plan backlogs, and shape the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.

You will influence delivery with strong communication, strategic thinking, and a user‑centered mindset, ensuring value delivery and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager content management system is required.
• Strong leadership of Scrum teams as Product Owner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile development team and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development.
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and user-story elaboration.
• Mitigate impediments to achieve Sprint goals.

The opportunity

Require resource with 8+ years of experience Experience in Adobe Experience Manager content management system is must.

• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, road‑map and growth opportunities
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
• Excellent communication skill
