Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD in Vadodara is seeking a Relationship Manager - Business Banking to source new to bank business accounts and manage the assigned Business Banking portfolio. You will assist clients with working capital, OD/CC/Forex, and related products, while cross-selling liabilities like fixed deposits and savings accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing high-value business banking accounts.
• Knowledge of current/account opening and transaction processes (trade/FX).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to upsell bank products to portfolio clients.

Responsibilities

• Source new to bank Business Banking accounts and manage the assigned portfolio.
• Cross-sell liability-based products (FDs, savings accounts) to clients.
• Maintain service standards in collaboration with the service support team.

Role

Sourcing of New to Bank business banking accounts amp; Managing the Business Banking portfolio assigned

Assisting the clients business with different business banking products like Working capital,OD/CC/<BG/Term Loans/Forex/etc

Cross sell of Liability based products liked Fixed Deposit, savings account to the portfolio clients

Maintaining the service standards set by the bank in collaboration with the service support team

Maintain Co-ordial relationships with internal stakeholder and external agencies to generate leads for New to bank Clients.
