Job summary

Moody's Corporation in India is seeking a proactive professional to drive the integration of AI and Agentic AI into commercial pricing and fee management, transforming manual workflows into AI-driven processes while maintaining governance.

You will configure Salesforce pricing, partner with technology teams on AI solutions, and ensure data integrity, risk controls, and audit readiness across all AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial systems, operations or application support.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of AI and Agentic AI into pricing and fee management while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI and intelligent agents into pricing, fee, and contract processes to reduce manual effort.
• Support and manage pricing and fee-related applications, evolving them with AI-enabled workflows.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce pricing modules with AI-guided guidance and exception handling.
• Partner with Technology teams to design Agentic AI solutions such as automated fee validation and pricing change impact assessments.
• Use AI tools to improve accuracy of fee components and contractual language with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Maintain and modernize SOPs, process documentation, and control frameworks to reflect AI-augmented execution.
• Support regulatory, audit, and internal reporting with AI-enabled monitoring and anomaly detection.

Skills And Competencies

• Proficiency in Salesforce including CRM configuration, pricing workflows, and data governance
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar low-code platforms, with experience incorporating AI capabilities into automated workflows preferred. Familiarity with AI-enabled documents, pricing, billing, or fee management platforms preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and the ability to validate AI-generated outputs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for clear documentation of AI-enabled processes and controls
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess when AI is appropriate versus when human judgment is required, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across commercial, legal, finance, risk, and technology teams
• Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual team environment with demonstrated interest in applying AI to improve existing processes. Working understanding of Agentic AI concepts including intelligent agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-assisted decisioning, and how they can be safely applied in regulated environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial systems, operations, or application support roles required

• This role drives the integration of AI and Agentic AI capabilities into commercial pricing and fee management processes, progressively transforming manual and rules-based workflows into AI-assisted, agent-driven processes while maintaining strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Actively identify opportunities to embed AI and intelligent agents into existing pricing, fee, and contract-related processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
• Support and manage pricing and fee-related business applications, evolving them through AI-enabled workflows rather than static configurations
• Configure and maintain Salesforce pricing modules, incorporating AI-assisted guidance, validation, and exception handling where appropriate
• Partner with Technology teams to design and implement Agentic AI solutions such as automated fee validation, contract term interpretation, and pricing change impact assessments
• Use AI tools to improve accuracy of fee components, commercial terms, and contractual language while ensuring human-in-the-loop controls are maintained
• Maintain and modernize standard operating procedures, process documentation, and control frameworks to reflect AI-augmented execution models
• Support regulatory, audit, and internal reporting by leveraging AI-enabled monitoring, traceability, and anomaly detection & validate annual pricing updates and system changes using automation and AI-driven testing and reconciliation approaches, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness across all AI-enabled processes
