Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams in Bengaluru. You will gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and ensure solutions align with client objectives.

You will create BRDs, translate business needs into functional specs, develop process flows and use cases, and participate in testing and solution validation. The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in requirements management

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Create and maintain BRDs by analyzing business processes, data, workflows, and stakeholder needs.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, product teams, and other cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements for technology teams.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and automation.
• Develop process flows, workflows, use cases, and other business analysis documentation as required.
• Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential improvements during the requirement and implementation lifecycle.
