Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) projects.
• Exposure to Talent Management and Performance Management modules preferred.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Perform business analysis, gap analysis, and business process modeling.
• Develop prototypes and support solution definition.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development and QA teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate system and integration testing and support defect resolution.

The role involves requirements gathering, documentation, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, prototyping, testing, and coordination across the complete project lifecycle.

• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects from initiation through closure.
