Job summary

Globant is seeking a Technical Business Analyst at Senior level to help our partners evolve in this digital era. The role is based in Pune and focuses on translating business needs into actionable specifications for software development.

You will write user stories, PRDs and technical specs, leverage RESTful API integrations, and work with Java backend and JavaScript/HTML frontend within a Banking/Financial Services context, driving innovation and change.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business analysis experience in software development.
• Experience writing user stories, PRDs, and technical specifications.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Knowledge of Outlook add-in architecture (JavaScript/HTML) and RESTful API integrations (Java backend).
• CMS knowledge on content storage, retrieval, and governance.

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Years of experience - 8+ years
• BA Expertise: Proven experience writing user stories, PRDs, and technical specifications for software development.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Technical Fluency: Basic Understanding of modern Outlook add-in architecture (JavaScript/HTML) and RESTful API integrations (Java backend).
• Systems: Basic functional knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and how content is stored, retrieved, and governed.
