Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Payments Business Analyst in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end payment solution implementations. You will map business needs to functional designs, manage interfaces, and support DevOps testing and deployment in modern payment ecosystems, including SWIFT messaging and cross-border processing.

Qualifications

• Banking and payments BA with domain experience across global payments and clearing systems.
• Experience with Finastra GPP or FIS OPF implementations and hands-on in payment processing.
• Strong understanding of global payment processing workflows and end-to-end cycles.
• Experience with SWIFT MT ISO 20022 messaging.
• Exposure to domestic clearing rails (NEFT, ECS, ACH, CHAPS/FEDWIRE/CHIPS/RTGS).
• Knowledge of RTP schemes (NPP, FAST, IMPS, InstaPay).
• Experience with SEPA Direct Debits/Transfers and instant payments.
• Data mapping for payments interfaces and solution design.

• Banking and Payment domain experience working as Payments Business Analyst in an IT Organisation. Must have experiences in implementation of leading Payments solutions like Finastra GPP or FIS OPF.
• Strong understanding of Global Payments Processing and E2E Payment workflows
• SWIFT MT ISO 20022 Message Processing
• Clearing Settlement Systems process
• Hands on experience in SWIFT Cross boarder processing (MT MX)
• Domestic clearing like NEFT, ECS, ACH, CHAPS / FEDWIRE / CHIPS / Target2, RTGS
• RTP schemes like NPP / FAST / IMPS / InstaPay
• SEPA (Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management, Instant Payments)
• Payments Interface data mapping and solution design
• Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking Direct Channels (Host2Host file transfers), Mobile banking, PSD2, Open Banking, Payments Service Provider (PSP), Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) etc
• Should have worked in end-to-end implementation of an IT solution
