Code1 Tech in India is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with SAP background to gather business requirements, analyze SAP data structures, and drive Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) for EDW integration and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP MM, IM, and SD knowledge, strong documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills. 3–7 years' experience preferred, with collaboration across data engineers and reporting teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of BA experience in SAP environments.
• Solid understanding of SAP processes and data structures.
• Hands-on SAP data mapping and requirements documentation experience.
• Experience with Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM).
• Knowledge of EDW concepts and data modeling.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and data requirements across SAP environments.

• Perform EDW gap analysis to identify missing data attributes and historical data requirements.
• Create STTM documentation, including transformation rules and business logic.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong SAP functional knowledge and expertise in data mapping and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) integration. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing SAP data structures, preparing Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents, and supporting the integration of SAP operational data into the EDW for reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SAP MM, IM, and SD modules, along with strong documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and data requirements across SAP environments.
• Identify and map SAP functional modules, including MM (Materials Management), IM (Inventory Management), and SD (Sales & Distribution)
• Perform Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) gap analysis to identify missing data attributes and historical data requirements.
• Create detailed Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documentation, including transformation rules and business logic.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and reporting teams to validate requirements and mappings.
• Support data profiling, data quality analysis, and issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Business Analyst experience in SAP environments.
