Job summary

Ranosys is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our CRM practice in Jaipur, India. You will gather and translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with Salesforce developers and QA, and contribute to agile ceremonies.

Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and Salesforce expertise are essential for successful delivery. You will participate in UAT, ensure proper documentation, and support end-to-end testing across Sales and Service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce (SFDC) projects.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionalities: Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, standard & custom objects, relationships, reports and dashboards, security model.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura).
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Awareness of Salesforce AI capabilities and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and providing functional support.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Create and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce functionalities including standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and flows.
• Test Lightning components, Apex functionality, and Visualforce pages.
• Perform data validation and data integrity testing.
• Validate integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware).
• Execute end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA.
• Support UAT cycles and release validation.
• Ensure quality of deployments and metadata updates.
