Job summary

The iScale in Chennai is seeking a business analyst capable of defining configuration specifications and carrying out quality assurance for ERP and supply chain processes. The role requires coordinating reporting and alerting requirements while interacting with US customers across IST and EST time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong ERP and Supply Chain functional knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Experience handling US customers is beneficial.

• .NET Core / SQL Server skills are a plus.
