Job summary

Quantum IT Innovation in India is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to drive requirements for mobile and web development projects. You will gather requirements, document BRD/FRD/SRS, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth discovery through deployment.

Responsibilities include defining scope, creating UML diagrams and wireframes, performing effort estimation, and supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT Business Analyst in IT services (mobile/web development).
• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, and documentation processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution analysis.
• Good understanding of UML, wireframes, and functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in different time zones and coordinate with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage the discovery phase including wireframes and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with development, sales, and marketing teams for project alignment.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.
• Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
