• Creating documents like BRS/SRS and project cost estimation.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Communication between the client and the technical teams.
• Good knowledge of mobile apps (iOS/Android/hybrid) and web systems.
• Generating revenue and projects, and closing deals with international clients.
• Creating a formal proposal and interacting effectively with prospective clients over email, phone, and instant messengers.
• Understands business issues and data challenges of client organisations.
• Identifying client strengths and weaknesses and suggesting improvement areas.
• Providing technical recommendations and testing.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Requirements
