Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance in on-site locations is seeking a proactive Business Analyst with 2–4 years of Life Insurance experience. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are well-understood, documented, and implemented.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, producing BRDs, reviewing FSDs, supporting UAT, and monitoring post-production delivery with SQL and Excel data analysis.

Qualifications

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the Life Insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are well-understood, documented, and effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand and capture business needs, objectives, and processes.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for accuracy and completeness.
• Testing Support: Participate in UAT planning, execution, and review, ensuring that delivered functionalities meet business expectations.
• Production Monitoring: Support post-production validation, track issues, and ensure smooth transition of deliverables to production.
• Coordination: Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
