Job summary

AU SMALL FINANCE BANK is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Consumer Banking Applications to drive requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery across banking technology initiatives. Location: Mumbai, onsite.

You will gather and document business and functional requirements, create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows, and collaborate with business, product, and technology teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Consumer Banking Applications is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping and BA activities.
• Familiarity with Agile environments.
• Attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
