Job summary

NetApp in Bengaluru is seeking a Business Analyst – Reporting & Analytics to transform complex enterprise data into actionable insights across Finance, Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership. You will design dashboards, build self-service reports, and partner with business stakeholders to measure performance.

You will leverage Power BI, Excel, and SQL to model data, optimize dashboards, and deliver scalable reporting solutions with a focus on Revenue, Margins, Forecast, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BI, Analytics, or Reporting experience.
• Advanced Power BI development and data modelling skills (Mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Build scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions that enable self-service analytics.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for business and financial performance metrics, including Revenue, Bookings, Margins, Backlog, Forecast, Customer Analytics, and Operational KPIs.
• Optimize dashboard performance through effective data modeling, query tuning, and reporting best practices.
• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and process improvement opportunities.
