Job summary

Hubbell in India, Kerala seeks an Analyst, Revenue Operations Analytics & Reporting to build and maintain Power BI dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver insights that drive revenue growth and operational performance.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to translate business needs into reporting solutions, ensure data quality, support forecasting and leadership reporting, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or revenue operations.
• Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and visualization development.
• Advanced Excel and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
