GIRI CONSULTANCY in Gurugram's Golf Course Road is hiring a Business Analyst Executive for our International BPO operations.

The role covers analyzing data, preparing MIS reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and supporting operations through data-driven insights, with night shift US process. Freshers and experienced candidates with Excel and analytical skills are encouraged to apply; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, BE, MBA, MCA, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in BPO/ITES with analytical focus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
• Experience with SQL or Power BI is an added advantage.
• Able to work night shift and join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to support decision-making.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Monitor KPIs and productivity metrics.
