Job summary

GIRI CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our International BPO night shift in Noida. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, HR documentation and employee engagement for a global client base.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR operations within international BPO/ITES, excellent English communication, and strong MS Excel and HRMS/HRIS proficiency. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience.
• Experience in an International BPO or ITES environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and payroll coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for International BPO employees.
• Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll team.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Generate HR MIS reports and maintain HR dashboards.
• Coordinate background verification and document verification.
• Assist in HR audits and policy implementation.
• Work closely with operations managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
