Job summary

GIRI CONSULTANCY is hiring a Business Analyst for our International BPO operations in New Delhi. The role involves analyzing business data, preparing MIS reports, identifying process improvements and monitoring KPIs. Night shift with US processes; freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

The candidate will use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to generate reports and support operations. Immediate joiners preferred, location Connaught Place, Delhi.

Qualifications

• Graduation in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, BE, MBA, MCA, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) can apply.
• Good communication skills. Excel knowledge mandatory. SQL or Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Identify business trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Support operations with data-driven insights.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Work with Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Assist management in business planning and decision-making.
