Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze and optimize enterprise processes within a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across global operations.

You will collaborate with diverse teams in India and beyond, shaping strategy, reporting, and governance while advancing Genpact's AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance, MBA is a plus.
• CBAP and CRP certifications are desirable.
• English language proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2) required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and track process improvement strategies to optimize operations and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements for improvements.
• Conduct performance and data analysis to evaluate impact of enhancements.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and growth.
• Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics.
