Onified.aiis building anEnterprise Resource Intelligence (ERI)platform for manufacturers, bringing enterprise applications, Industry 4.0 and AI together into one connected system.
We are building 50+ integrated applications across transportation, procurement, warehousing, maintenance, energy, quality, traceability, accounting, HR, service, field operations, analytics and more.
AI is making software faster to design and build. But faster development doesn’t solve the harder question, What should the software actually do?
Before a business process becomes an application, someone needs to understand how the work happens, who does what, what decisions are made, what rules apply, what data is needed, what can go wrong and what should happen next.
That’s where you come in.
We are early. You won’t inherit a finished product organization where your job is simply to maintain requirements someone else has already defined.
You will work directly with the people shaping the products, understand problems from the ground up and help decide how applications should work.
That means more ambiguity and responsibility, but also exposure across business functions that would normally take years to accumulate.
As the platform and team grow, this role can develop towardproduct management, functional consulting, solution consulting, implementation or business analysis leadership, depending on where you are strongest.
CV screen, followed by a conversation about how you think about businesses and systems, then a short practical exercise around a real business process, followed by a final discussion with the team.
We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone who can understand, structure, question and learn.
