Role And Responsibilities

• Work with an implementation manager to create requirement documents for implementation.
• Assist the implementation manager in implementation, including requirement documentation, gathering, design, UAT testing, issue handling and change requests.
• Collaborate with implementation developers to ensure deliverables match scope and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal resources for smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time and within scope.
• Ensure customers become positive references for prospects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 3‑5 years of overall IT experience.
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous roles in a customer‑facing environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• General understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Strong team player able to work across geographies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize across several projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills

• REST API experience.
• Understanding of XML.
• Experience with finance systems.
• Experience in a B2B software environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
