Job summary

Innovationm is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support cross-functional teams. You will map processes, prepare BRD/FRD, and help with testing and UAT to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of BA experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. You will thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Responsibilities
