Job summary

EliteRecruitments is hiring a Business Analyst – Credit Risk for a leading Big 4 firm. You will work on credit risk and regulatory reporting initiatives, collaborating with business, operations, technology, risk, and control stakeholders to gather and document requirements, data lineage, and governance.

Strong Basel framework knowledge and regulator familiarity are essential. The role involves identifying process improvements, supporting Pillar 3 submissions and PRA returns, and owning assigned

Qualifications

• 3–18 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk / Regulatory Reporting.
• Strong Business & Data Analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Banking Products.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and Basel.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently own and deliver tasks.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work on Credit Risk and regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Understand regulators (EBA, PRA, US Fed) and Basel framework.
• Conduct workshops with business, operations, technology, risk, and control stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements, impact assessments, process flows, and business rules.
• Work on data lineage, data quality checks, controls, and data traceability.
• Support regulatory change initiatives including capital requirements, Pillar 3 submissions, PRA returns.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to processes, controls, and governance.
• Work with SMEs on process improvement and operating model initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions and escalate timely.

• Maintain documentation of risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions and ensure timely escalation where required.
