Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Lead Business Analyst to lead complex analysis initiatives within Banking & Credit Risk. You will drive end-to-end risk modelling, underwriting, and IFRS9-related work within Agile teams.

You will manage multiple cross-functional BA teams, mentor analysts, and coordinate UAT, requirements, and process improvements across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• End-to-End Credit Risk Lifecycle and Modelling including PD, LGD, EAD.
• IFRS 9/RWA, BASEL III/IV risk methodologies and rating models.
• Requirement gathering, documentation and stakeholder management in Agile environments.
• User Stories & BDD writing; UAT coordination and testing.
• Experience leading multiple BA teams and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst / Principal Business Analyst / Consultant to lead complex business analysis initiatives and manage multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Credit Risk, Corporate Underwriting, Credit Risk Modelling( PD, LGD, and EAD models), Agile Delivery, Stakeholder Management, and Business Analysis within the Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale business analysis studies and strategic initiatives. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Create clear and detailed User Stories, BDDs, Functional Specifications, and Process Flows. Drive Agile best practices and facilitate Scrum ceremonies:

• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Grooming
• Retrospectives
• Daily Standups

Manage and coordinate up to three Business Analysis teams. Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across project lifecycles. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature validation activities. Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities. Support change management activities including impact analysis, communication, and training.

Required Experience

Strong exposure to Credit Risk and Corporate Banking domains. Experience working in Agile environments. Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
