Job summary

EliteRecruitments is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Liquidity Risk for a leading Big 4 firm. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and drive end-to-end delivery across Agile lifecycles within banking regulatory reporting programs.

The role requires strong data and business analysis skills, deep knowledge of Basel-related liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR), and hands-on experience with traded and OTC derivatives. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Business & Data Analysis skills across business, operations and technology teams.
• Good understanding of Liquidity Risk processes and Basel regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of liquidity regulatory reporting concepts such as LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ILM, and AMMC66/67.
• Hands-on experience with Traded and OTC Derivative Products is a must.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take ownership and independently deliver tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Perform Business Analysis, Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, and System Analysis for projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across Agile project lifecycles.
• Analyze business problems, write user stories and functional documentation, and conduct walkthroughs with Development and Testing teams.
• Support UAT and act as a key point of contact for business, technology, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate requirements into clear specifications and actionable outcomes.
