Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking a candidate with strong customer-facing experience and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. You will engage with customers and prospects to understand banking needs and map them to the TCS BaNCS product capabilities.

You will work with the product development team to review functionality, create differentiating solutions (including AI ideas in core banking), and deliver compelling presentations to clients.

Qualifications

• Exposure to customer-facing roles or prospect interactions is MUST.
• Good analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and tools like JIRA and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Customer to understand the business requirements
• Understand the TCS BaNCS product and map the requirements to the product capabilities
• Implement TCS BaNCS solution in customer environment
• Working with the Product Development team to review & verify the expected functionality / enhancement in the product
• Create thought leadership content and create differentiated solutions (e.g. AI in Core Banking)
• Make presentations and demonstrate TCS BaNCS solution to customers and prospects
• Study Regulatory and Market standard evolution in Banking domain and translate that into business Requirements
