Role Descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Knowledge of at least one core domain (Loans, Banking, Payments)
• Work closely with BA Lead on developing new systems to offer new products and services
• Elicit, analyze, specify, and verify business requirements
• Create documents with high-level requirements
• Assist technical teams in developing use cases and database design; coordinate during testing phases, including UAT, representing end-users
• Organize and supervise a team of junior business analysts
• Invest in automation and technologies to track requirements effectively
• Demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Identify critical risks, classify their criticality, and work towards mitigation plans
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to track deliveries
• Monitor gaps and escalate issues to stakeholders appropriately

• Proficiency in programming skills; prior exposure to customer-facing roles or prospect interactions is a must
