Job summary

ADM in India is seeking a Business Analyst to collect, validate, analyze data across procurement, production, inventory, and sales, and convert it into MIS reports, dashboards, trends, forecasts and actionable insights to boost plant efficiency and profitability.

You will work on daily production analytics for oilseed processing, manage dashboards, support budgeting variance reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and operations in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics/ Business Analytics/ Data Analytics.
• MBA in Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing/commodity/FMCG operations with analytics focus.

Job Description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting data related to procurement, raw-material quality, production, oil extraction, inventory, sales, costing, and plant operations.

The role will convert operational and commercial data into MIS reports, dashboards, trends, forecasts, and actionable insights to help management improve plant efficiency, reduce losses, control costs, optimize inventory, and increase profitability.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics/ Business Analytics/ Data Analytics
• An MBA in Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, or Supply Chain can be an advantage.
• Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/commodity/FMCG operations, proficient in Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI, with experience in MIS reporting, production analysis, inventory management, procurement analytics, cost analysis and dashboard development. Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, data validation, variance analysis and business intelligence, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights for management. (MIS, Power BI dashboards, Management reporting, Automate MIS)

Preferred Skills: Python, ERP Knowledge
