As an Assistant Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our food products. • Implement and maintain a robust Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in line with industry regulations.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the food industry, preferably with oil and organic pulses.
• Graduate in science with a background in Food Technology (B. Tech or equivalent).
• Knowledge of quality and food safety requirements, including FSMS.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
