Job summary

IT Consulting LLP in Kolkata seeks an experienced Business Analyst – AI to translate complex business problems into measurable, implementation-ready AI use cases. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design workflows, data analyses, and acceptance criteria.

The role requires strong business analysis, requirements engineering, and experience with AI platforms, LLMs, and agile backlog management.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering experience.
• Experience with enterprise process discovery & workflow redesign.
• Facilitation of stakeholder workshops and requirement governance.
• Experience with Agile backlog management using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Knowledge of Generative AI topics, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into measurable AI use cases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead UAT, business validation, and user training for AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities across Generative AI, OCR/Document Intelligence & workflow automation.
• Ensure alignment with ERP/CRM, databases, APIs, SharePoint and AI platforms.
