Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and business needs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track and monitor client requirements, tasks, deliverables, action items, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
• Monitor open issues and follow up with relevant teams until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, updates, and follow-ups.
• Manage reports, meeting minutes, trackers, presentations, and other client-related documentation.
• Identify gaps, challenges, or potential issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, requirement reports, process documentation, UAT reports, and business analysis reports.
• Support the Customer Success team in maintaining strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Understand business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
• Use AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, reporting, communication, and daily productivity.
• Explore new AI tools and identify opportunities to improve internal and client-facing processes.
• Manage multiple client requirements and priorities effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client activities.
