You will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and supply chain experts, contributing to tests, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in logistics and supply chain processes, especially outbound, claims and returns.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools.
• Advanced English proficiency; German language skills are a plus.

Job Title: Business Process Analyst – Enterprise Logistics Application (Claims & Returns)

Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Process Analyst to support the Claims, and Returns processes within our Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai. This role involves analyzing and designing system processes based on business requirements, executing and documenting tests, and working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and supply chain experts. The analyst will be an integral part of a cross-functional, international scrum team, contributing to agile delivery and process optimization.
