You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure delivered software aligns with standards while supporting post-implementation fixes. The role offers learning opportunities and growth in a dynamic tech environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Azure DevOps or JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and feasibility studies.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Develop functional specifications, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews within Agile environments.
- Ensure software products comply with organizational standards and policies.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in troubleshooting issues.

A Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and recommend strategies to achieve organizational goals.
