Wai Technologies in Pune, India is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into actionable user stories for the development team.

In Agile settings, you will collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery, perform gap analyses, map processes, and create functional specs and workflow diagrams.

About the Role

A Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and recommend strategies to achieve organizational goals. They are instrumental in identifying problems, creating solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of business projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process Modeling and Visualization: Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi Modeler, and similar tools.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
