Job summary

Simplify Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to contribute to software configuration and testing across initiation to implementation. This techno-functional role collaborates with business and tech teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities include guiding juniors, translating requirements into functional designs, and participating in agile ceremonies. Candidates should have 3+ years in BA, strong communication, and a background in engineering with MS Office and AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
• Engineering or related degree (Graduate/Postgraduate)
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; programming knowledge a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and AI tools (e.g., Claude)
• Experience configuring/implementing BPM or document management tools is advantageous
• US Healthcare experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure

About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll actively contribute to software configuration and testing projects through all phases—initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation.

This techno-functional role involves close collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver solutions that meet client and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementations with the Product Solution Lead/Manager.
• Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts.
• Analyse requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and configure those solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or in a similar role).
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills (knowledge of programming is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and AI tools (e.g., Claude).
• Experience in configuring/implementing BPM or document management tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in US Healthcare is a plus.
