Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA or Master's in Business Analytics preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP are highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to apply Agile methodologies and Design Thinking to solve complex business problems.
• Expertise in business reporting, storytelling, and maintaining executive presence.
• Strong background in Capital Markets, Healthcare, or Insurance industries.
• Proficiency in English at a C2 level with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
