Job summary

Adept Global is seeking an experienced SME with domain expertise in Loan Management Systems (LMS), loan servicing and collections to bridge Business, Operations, Technology and QA teams and drive LMS initiatives.

You will define end-to-end processes, review scenarios with stakeholders, support QA, manage incidents, and assist in UAT and post-production rollout.

• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end LMS scenarios and process flows
• Review scenarios with stakeholders and obtain approvals
• Support QA teams in understanding requirements and expected outcomes
• Validate test coverage against requirements
• Act as liaison between Business, Operations, IT, Vendors and QA
• Conduct requirement clarification sessions and workshops
• Present execution results and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders
• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across teams
• Participate in defect triage and prioritize fixes
• Analyze defects and assess business impact
• Coordinate with Dev and QA to validate fixes
• Support UAT activities and post-production analysis
• Prepare training materials and process documentation
• Support business teams during UAT and rollout

Job description

The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between Business, Operations, Technology, and QA teams, driving successful delivery of LMS and Collections initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define detailed business scenarios and end-to-end process flows covering all LMS modules.
• Review business scenarios with stakeholders and obtain approvals/sign-offs.
• Support QA teams in understanding business requirements and expected outcomes.
