• Analyze and optimize workflows across Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) to improve TAT, reduce manual intervention, eliminate process gaps, and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Operations, Collections, Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, control gaps, duplication, and opportunities for automation or improvement. Recommend practical and technology-driven solutions.
