Job summary

adesso India is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support the international rollout of the Sales Digital Workstation (SDW) platform. You will bridge global product management and local stakeholders, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements and regulations while maintaining a global SDW strategy.

• Hands-on experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence) is preferred.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as eazyBI is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Business Analyst to support the international rollout of our Sales Digital Workstation (SDW) platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring that local business requirements, regulatory obligations, and market-specific needs are successfully translated into scalable solutions. You will act as the bridge between international business units, product management, and development teams, helping to drive successful implementation while maintaining a global perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from international business units (Operating Entities).
• Act as the primary contact for country stakeholders, facilitating workshops, requirement clarification, and solution discussions.
• Ensure local business processes and regulatory requirements are considered during the rollout while aligning with the global SDW strategy.
• Support project planning by identifying risks, dependencies, priorities, and implementation impacts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and backlog items.
• Drive transparency through reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to support project governance and decision-making.
• Continuously improve collaboration and delivery processes using the Atlassian tool suite.
• Support innovation initiatives by exploring AI-powered capabilities and opportunities within the Sales Digital Workstation (SDW) platform.

YOUR PROFILE

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in international software implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across different countries, cultures, and organizational levels.
• Strong business mindset with experience in project coordination, including managing risks, dependencies, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence).
• Ability to independently optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as eazyBI is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Curiosity and interest in Artificial Intelligence and modern AI-assisted ways of working.
• Experience with Claude AI or similar AI tools for productivity, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of AI-supported project management, requirement engineering, or business analysis.
• Experience in international rollout programs or enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
