Job summary

Tiltedge Solutions in Jaipur is seeking an experienced IT program manager to lead complex transformation initiatives across business and technology domains. You will own SaaS applications, manage vendors and budgets, and drive governance and risk mitigation across multi-stakeholder programs.

The role demands 8-15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks including RBI guidelines and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in IT program management and transformation leadership, preferably in BFSI.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation projects.
• Strong experience in vendor and contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Audits, risk frameworks and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex transformation projects across business and technology domains from inception to closure within approved budget.
• Prepare and track project scope, timelines, resource plans and governance including monitoring risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Act as application owner for SaaS platforms and IT applications ensuring business continuity, scalability and compliance.
• Manage project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, quality management, implementation and post-delivery support.
• Oversee vendor management including contracts, governance, performance monitoring and relationship management.
• Drive collaboration across internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
• Ensure cost efficiency and budget adherence for IT programs and business solutions; interface for audits and risk mitigation.
• Establish governance frameworks for project management, testing, and delivery quality assurance.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to teams to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvements.
• Ensure tracking and reporting of project KPIs, budgets and status updates to stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-15 years of experience in IT program management, business solutions and transformation leadership role, preferably in BFSI
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation projects
• Strong experience in vendor and contract management
• In-dept knowledge of SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, IT ownership responsibilities
• Demonstrated success in managing internal & external audits, risk frameworks and compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership skills, communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines and Information Security and data privacy standards
