Job summary

Aelum Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into functional specifications and to serve as the bridge between the client and developers. You will collaborate with system architects and development leads to document changes necessary to meet project requirements and ensure quality delivery.

The role requires 3-6 years of experience in software/IT, experience with agile teams, and hands-on software development experience.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in relevant technology and industry.
• Experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
• Hands on software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare mockups and wireframes
• Understanding and prior experience with flow and activity diagrams.

• Effectively communicate and apply project standards and manage resources in accordance with the project.
• Successfully deliver high-quality service on schedule and match the client's expectations effectively.

Job Description

Business Analyst translates business requirements into functional requirements and approaches for developers. Functioning as an interface between the organization and the client, a Business Analyst bridges the gaps and ensures delivering the products according to the standards. Collaborate with system architect and development leads to document all software changes necessary to meet the requirements project request.

Principle Responsibilities
