Job summary

Beyond Key is seeking a Business Analyst to support business analysis, client communication, pre-sales, and project delivery. You will bridge clients, stakeholders, project management, and technical teams with strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills, plus awareness of AI trends.

You will gather requirements, create BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, and ensure alignment with clients and delivery teams throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases and process flows.
• Clarify requirements with clients and development teams.
• Support proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses and case studies.
• Track progress, milestones, dependencies, and UAT coordination.
• Assist account management with client communications and reviews.
• Research business processes, industry trends, and AI/GenAI developments.
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Google Gemini for documentation and content creation.

• Assist Account Management with client communication, presentations, business reviews, and identifying opportunities.
• Research business processes, industry trends, technology developments, and emerging areas such as AI/GenAI.
• Use productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini for research, analysis, documentation, and content creation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business analysis, client communication, pre-sales, and project delivery activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, project management, and technical teams. The role requires strong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, along with basic technical and AI awareness.

• Ability to understand different business domains and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Education & Preferred Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably Computer Science, IT/Computer Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferred certifications include PSM/Scrum, PMI/Project Management, Agile, or relevant or AI certifications. Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

• A candidate who can understand the business problem, gather and document requirements, communicate with clients, work effectively with technical teams, and support both pre-sales and project delivery.
