About the Job:

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our product, engineering, and operations teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, and develop data-driven solutions. You will leverage your expertise in business analysis to facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensure that projects align with business goals, and help optimize our processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure they are clearly communicated to the development team.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and provide insights into performance metrics.
• Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex business concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is highly desirable.
• Experience in a product-based or IT company.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Understanding of financial analysis and business case development.
• Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
