Job summary

Quantbot in India seeks a results-oriented BI Analyst with 3+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making for stakeholders. You will turn large datasets into actionable insights and craft dashboards that inform strategy.

You will leverage Power BI or Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel to deliver clear, executive-ready presentations and dashboards, enabling data-driven decisions across teams.

CTC - 15-30 LPA

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, reporting, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to support decision-making
• Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights

Technical and Reporting Foundations (Enablers, not the focus):

• Experience using BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) to communicate insights through dashboards
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases to support analysis and validation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query; VBA experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to create clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations

Professional Skills:

• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to explain complex data concepts in business terms
• Proven self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team environment
• Proven solid attention to detail and accountability for outputs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting executive or client-facing analytics
• Exposure to Azure, Python, or modern data platforms
