Senior Business/Technical Analyst

5+ years of experience in business and technical analysis within agile environments.

Required Skills

• Strong Tableau and mid-level+ SQL expertise
• Experience with BRDs, technical specifications, mockups, and prototypes
• Ability to design dashboards/mockups using Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools
• Liaison between business stakeholders and technical/development teams
• Strong requirements gathering, communication, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization and management
• Project management experience, including project coordination, stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, scheduling, and execution tracking
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills; ability to work with developers on RCA/root cause analysis
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
