OneMagnify in India is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to shape complex technology and data solutions from concept through delivery. You will translate business challenges into clear requirements, working with clients, Product Owners, designers, developers, and QA.

You’ll lead discovery, drive solution design, and ensure delivery quality. The role emphasizes data accuracy, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable value across enterprise applications and customer experience programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology or data solutions in client-facing environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong SQL skills to analyze and interpret data.
• Experience gathering requirements across application development, data, and UX initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience reviewing large datasets, performing root-cause analysis, and solving complex business problems.
• Experience with payment validation and payment processing is highly desirable.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, is strongly preferred.

As a Business Analyst at OneMagnify, you'll help shape complex technology and data solutions from concept through delivery. Working closely with clients, Product Owners, designers, developers, and QA teams, you'll turn business challenges into clear requirements that drive successful outcomes. This role sits at the center of delivery, ensuring solutions solve the right problems, meet business objectives, and create measurable value for our clients.

You’ll play a key role in helping clients make confident business decisions by translating complex needs into actionable solutions. Whether you're defining requirements for enterprise applications, data initiatives, or customer experience programs, your work directly influences what gets built and how successfully it performs in the real world.

Many of our clients rely on sophisticated data and payment processes that require a high degree of accuracy and accountability. You'll help ensure solutions are designed correctly from the start by validating requirements, analyzing data, identifying risks, and partnering closely with quality assurance teams to deliver dependable outcomes.

You’ll also serve as a connector across disciplines—bringing together UX, creative, application development, data, and QA teams to keep work moving efficiently and ensure everyone is aligned around a shared vision of success.

What You’ll Do

Lead Discovery & Requirements Definition

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear, testable Agile user stories and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, approvals, and solution discussions with clients and delivery teams.

Drive Solution Design

• Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and other artifacts that support solution development.
• Collaborate across application development, data, and user experience teams to ensure requirements are actionable.
• Build deep domain expertise within client programs to provide informed recommendations and guidance.
• Contribute to solution design decisions through data analysis and business insight.

Use Data to Inform Decisions

• Write and analyze complex SQL queries to support requirements validation, solution design, and business analysis.
• Investigate large datasets to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis on data and process issues to help teams identify effective solutions.
• Support payment validation and data accuracy initiatives where precision is critical.

Ensure Delivery Quality

• Partner with QA teams to maintain traceability between requirements and testing activities.
• Review test scenarios and serve as a subject matter expert during validation efforts.
• Support user acceptance testing and help clients confidently validate delivered functionality.
• Act as a trusted reviewer to ensure solutions align with agreed requirements and business objectives.

Enable Client Success

• Lead workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, and client reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients during implementation and adoption activities.
• Support new business discussions and client presentations when business knowledge is needed.
• Help improve analysis practices, templates, and delivery processes across teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex technology or data solutions in client-facing environments.
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Experience gathering requirements across application development, data, and user experience initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience reviewing large datasets, performing root cause analysis, and solving complex business problems.
• Experience with payment validation and payment processing is highly desirable.
• Experience working with Oracle and PostgreSQL, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
