Job summary

Azentio seeks a Technical Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience in the Finance domain to support and enhance our ERP platform. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to drive process improvements and successful project deliveries.

The role requires translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong Finance domain knowledge is required.

• Proficient in process modeling and creating business documentation.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Finance Domain

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Finance domain expertise to support and enhance the ERP platform. The role requires close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Development teams, and external vendors to drive business process improvements and successful project deliveries.

The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
• Document business requirements, use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Create process maps and user journeys.

Finance Process Management

• Support Finance-related ERP modules including:
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Revenue Management, Financial Reporting
• Solution Design
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Development teams.
• Validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
• Support integration design with internal and external systems.

Testing & Delivery

• Prepare UAT scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinate testing with business users.
• Manage defect triage and resolution.
• Support production deployment and stabilization.

Governance & Compliance

• Support audit activities and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure documentation standards are maintained.
• Participate in change management and governance reviews.
